Hi! I'm subletting my apartment while I'm traveling for the holidays. I'll be gone December 24-30th, open to subletting anytime during that time.

My place: a spacious one bedroom apartment in a small complex on the edge of West Hollywood (Alta Vista / Fountain cross streets). It's on a quiet, charming street within walking distance to coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, etc. Street parking. The apartment has hardwood floors, vintage tiling, and lots of character. It should have everything you'd need—a king bed, a desk with a monitor, wi-fi, a comfy couch, a big TV, streaming channels, an espresso machine + frother, cooking supplies (I cook a lot), and even a bidet (lol). There's a washer/dryer behind the building that accepts credit cards. There is no dishwasher (there never is, sad).

Unmetered street parking. No pets allowed, sorry.
