This apartment is dialed in - super easy and effortless to relax or work in this space. I've taken the past 3 years to build out the storage systems and everything feels good and makes sense.

About the space: Really open and airy - the main living space has crazy high ceilings. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, bathroom is spacious for all your stuff, living room is comfy w/ a dedicated work space. Bedroom is upstairs and is normal by Manhattan standards but small anywhere else. Large storage unit upstairs that will be completely empty for you + hanging space in the closet.

The neighborhood is amazing and why I even live here to begin with. Central to west village, the the west side highway, and meatpacking. If you plan on using the subway, it's right on the corner. 6th floor unit. Elevator building with laundry in the basement (and there's a super fast and affordable wash and fold place down the street that returns within a few hours).

Please no parties, loud music, or general wildness - please treat the space like your own and the building like you have to live next door to these people for years to come. Sorry no pets!

1 month rent deposit. Monthly rent is $4600 + all utilities ($55 for internet + electric (dependent on how much you run the AC)). Will send you screen shots of bills when they come.

Rent MUST be paid on the first of each month via Zelle or Venmo. I had the subletter from hell last year who trashed the place + always had excuses on paying late/not in full, so I'm a little PTSD. Not trying to sound like a paranoid B but this chick really did ruin my life for a solid month trying to shake her down for what she owed me + remediate damage. That said, if you're a normal, chill adult, we'll get along just fine!!
