There is also a beach within a 10 minute walk, as well as the Little Island and the Highline; it's one of the best neighborhoods in NYC.

The housemates: late 20's, female, non-smokers, considerate and kind. I am a professional musician and travel often for work, sometimes gone for a week or more at a time.

The apartment is fully furnished.

Bedrooms are lightly furnished with queen beds, a lamp, sheer curtains and a/c units.
Both bedrooms have 6 foot long closets.

There are laundry rooms on the main floor and a security office.

References are required as well as a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
Wifi is included; other utilities-electric, heat, a/c-are split equally.
