The apartment itself is quiet and spacious, with no noise from neighbors or outside traffic. It features a separate bedroom plus a loft office, a large kitchen, generous living area, and a private porch. The unit is gated with its own direct entrance- no need to enter a main building or use an elevator. On-site laundry, and two car garage space is available.
The space is furnished and clean. While this is a temporary sublet and some personal items remain, there is designated space provided for the tenant’s clothing and belongings.

I’m an LMFT student and practicing professional, currently nearing licensure. I’m opening my home for a temporary sublet as I plan to travel and deepen my understanding of psychotherapy through real-world experiences. I value a calm, respectful environment and hope to share the space with someone who appreciates it in the same way.

A security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages, and electricity will be billed separately if you stay for one month or more. Because the space is furnished, I’m looking for someone who can keep it clean and water the plants as needed. Ideally, I’d prefer a single professional, though I’m open to a respectful couple. Overall, it’s important that the tenant treats the apartment with care and maintains the space responsibly.
