Living Room couch has a pullout full mattress, so in total, you can fit up to 4 guests.

In the office nook upstairs, we have a printer & monitor for your use.

LOCATION:
Nestled between Williamsburg, East Williamsburg & Greenpoint
- 1 block from FourFiveSix bar & restaurant
- 6 minute walk to McGolrick Park
- 12 min walk to McCarren park
- 10 min walk to the L, 15 min walk to the G
- 2 CitiBike docs on either ends of our street

RATE:
$175/day + $120 cleaning fee
[If you take the whole window (10 days), we can give you a $250 discount]
***Rate discounted from $200/day original to compensate for cat care!

DATES:
1) 6/5-6/15

No parties to respect our neighbors, but we can recommend plenty of amazing going-out spots in the area! :)

CAT CARE:
My fluffy cat Leo is very friendly and loving. He likes to lay on the rug or his poof with his belly out for you to admire. :)
Cat care includes cleaning his litterbox at least every three days. Feeding him wet food at night and filling up his water. He has an auto feeder of dry food.

- Beatrice: from New Jersey and works in the TV industry
- Yacine: from Paris, France and is an entrepreneur in the tech space

We love trying new restaurants, visiting museums, playing Monopoly Deal in the park, and breakfasts on our balcony.

We're traveling for a friend's wedding and will prioritize those who can stay as many days as possible.
