The space is a 2 bedroom, that I converted more into a very spacious 1 bedroom, with an office. One of the rooms I use more as a living room! Its super peaceful, incredibly cozy and warm. There is a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is wonderful. The area is very walkable, There are lots of places to eat and things to do in the area. Its right off of the Lorimer stop so you have access to the G/L, so you ca be in the city in less than 15 minutes. The rent includes utilities. I am looking for someone who wants a chill spot to come back to, and who will enjoy having the space to themselves for a month!
