I'm looking to sublet my apartment with some flexibility on the start and end dates starting July 15. I'd like to prioritize a longer term stay and even someone who be interested in taking over the lease. Please feel free to reach out with the dates you’re looking for and I’ll try to accommodate.

The occupies the full third floor in Williamsburg just a couple blocks from Domino park on a quiet residential street. It receives great southern exposure year round in the living room and office with an in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen.

Shared access to the backyard is through a side gate for bike storage.
