We are subletting our beautiful apartment is a full-floor flat in a Williamsburg brownstone! We've spent a lot of time designing our place to be both modern and super comfortable.

One of the best parts of the apartment is our location! We are steps from the L train (Bedford stop, Driggs side). Everything is super walkable and the best cross streets in Williamsburg.

We're looking for someone who wants a short term stay (2-4 months) and will take care of our space. We have an oversized sectional to relax in front of our 75" TV. Our kitchen is well-sized for NYC and perfect for cooking. If you're working remotely, we have a dedicated desk tucked away in the bedroom.

The bedroom is placed at the back of the building, which means you get a quieter place to rest after a day out. Central AC and heating as well.
