We are subletting our beautiful apartment is a full-floor flat in a Williamsburg brownstone! We've spent a lot of time designing our place to be both modern, cozy, and comfortable.

The apartment is literally steps from the L train (Bedford stop, <1 min walk). Everything is super walkable, right next to neighborhood coffee shops/restaurants, and located at the best cross streets in Williamsburg.

We're looking for someone who wants a short term stay (1-3 months) and will take care of our space. We have an oversized sectional to relax in front of our 75" TV. Our kitchen is well-sized for NYC and perfect for cooking. If you're working remotely, we have a dedicated desk tucked away in the bedroom.

Since the bedroom is at the back of the building, you'll get a quieter place to rest after a day out. Central AC and floor heating as well.
