Looking for a third roommate to join our Williamsburg lease for a Mid October/Early November move in! We’ve already signed the lease so we can be flexible with prorating the rent if you need to move in between October and November.

This is a lease takeover, our 3rd roommate is sadly moving, so you’d be taking over her portion of the lease, which ends September 1st 2026, so a 10 month lease essentially.

We live in a beautiful 3 bed/1 bath, right between the Graham Ave and Grand St stations (L train). We have laundry in building, central air, lots of natural light and a communal courtyard. Rent is $1,633 plus utilities (gas/electric/wifi) and security deposit is one month’s rent.

You'd be living with myself (26F) and my roommate Margot Davis (29F)- we both work hybrid, in entertainment. We’re good friends and are looking for another roommate we can hang out with and have good, open communication. We like to keep the place tidy and homey. Please message if interested!
