Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby! Apartment includes 2 closets (1 is a walk-in). Kitchen includes a dishwasher. Bed is a queen. There is laundry available in the building. There is a 24 hour doorman and package room to receive deliveries. This apartment is extremely clean and quiet!
The sublease overlaps my current lease and my lease renewal so January rent is $2662 + 2.95% service charge fee + 10% surcharge. February, March and April the rent is $2742 + 2.95% service charge fee + 10% surcharge.
The surcharge is unfortunately a non-negotiable imposed by my building management.
Verizon Fi-Os WiFi is $76/month. Con Edison is usually around $50-$70 a month.
