I am renting out my cozy Williamsburg studio in a luxury building with lots of amenities (gym, cinema, game room, event space, business center, bike room etc.) while I travel this summer. I would prefer someone that can rent for the entire duration of the listing.

The studio is located right across from Mccarren park in an elevator/doorman building. It is a few mins walk to the waterside and ferries. The L train Bedford stop is a 7 minute walk and gets you in to Manhattan with 1 stop and Bushwick in 10 mins. Greenpoint is also a 10 min walk on the other side of Mccaren park.

There are a very large number of bars, clubs and restaraunts within a few minutes walk of the apartment in the Williamsburg and Greenpoint neighborhoods.
