I won the affordable housing lottery and need to break my lease 1 month early! The remainder of the lease will run Feb 1st - Feb 28th, and you will have the option to renew for March 1st.

The building is on South 4th between Bedford and Driggs. It's close to the Marcy Ave J/M/Z and Bedford L. A truly wonderful location that I'll be sad to leave.

The apartment is a good sized studio in an amenity building located on the 6th floor. We have a 24 hour door person, an elevator, a bike room, a gym, a laundry room, and a great rooftop. All the amenities are included in the rent. In addition to rent you'll pay electricity (con ed) and gas (national grid). The building also has parking you can pay for if you'd like!

The apartment has a private porch, floor to ceiling windows, a dishwasher, and a large tub in the bathroom if you like baths! The unit faces South West so you can see the sunset.

Please note, in order to qualify you have to make 40x and apply online providing proof of income. The apartment will be unfurnished when you move in. (Let me know if you're interested in buying any furniture!) The building is very pet friendly. There are families and young professionals in the building and everyone is very nice!
