My space is the upper unit (a staircase) in a 3 unit apartment building built in the 1920s and located in Echo Park -- a very walkable neighborhood. It is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a nice size bathroom and kitchen. It has a separate dining room that extends to the living room, with a small office in front. It has many windows which makes it bright - and has window coverings! Also, there is parking in the back. It is perfect for a single person or a couple.

I am an art/photo book publisher and a sales rep for art book publishers as my day job. I am neat and don't like to leave messes. I keep my place clean - especially the kitchen and bathroom. I am friends with my landlord and the other tenants in the building who work full-time and sometimes from home. We are a quiet building with occasional dinner parties but we don't have big parties.
