Looking for nature and cat lover!

Beautiful 8 acre property with a stream running close to the house, a path into the woods, two bedrooms (one queen and one double bed) + 1 bathroom, fully furnished and equipped, with a Jotul woodstove for cozy winter times (firewood included). There is a separate unit next door. The backyard and the driveway are shared with the other unit.

I'm asking for a low rent in exchange for taking care of two adorable kitties. There is a cat door - they are indoor/outdoor cats. No litter box - mainly feeding and loving them while we are away.

The house is located 8 min away from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve. Amazing trails for hiking, cross country skiing and tons of outdoor adventure! Close to beautiful towns like High Falls, New Paltz, Rosendale, Stone Ridge, etc. Secluded in the woods but also close to main RT 209.

Rent includes utilities (electric, heating, water, firewood, trash pick up, and WiFi). It doesn't include snow plowing.

No other pets allowed.
