Walk to marina, including award-winning Shell & Bones restaurant. West Haven beaches and awesome New Haven pizza are a short bike ride away; Yale is a short drive. Fully furnished two-bedroom (one with king bed, one with queen and/or twin), two full baths (one shower, one extra-large tub), living room, dining room, a nice backyard (veggie garden & grill in the warm months), welcoming front porch, grill, washer/dryer, and a great kitchen (Wolf stove, Bosch dishwasher, microwave). Always redecorating: Kitchen pantry is newly built, and bedroom chandelier hopefully arriving before rental. Walk or short drive to train station with Amtrak/MNR to NYC/Boston, and there's a bus stop a block away, but you'll probably want a car to get around. Price includes basic utilities plus streaming services like Roku, Netflix, Hulu, etc. and super-fast wifi. If you need more bedrooms, property also has an additional 2-bd cottage in the back which can added for additional fee after Feb.
