ABOUT THE BUILDING
Artist and furniture maker space in 1100 space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Studio located on third floor of large building with freight elevators and loading docks. Building is clean and secure. Studio has air conditioning and heat.

EQUIPMENT
Saw Stop table saw, bandsaw, jointer/planer, drill press, miter saw, air compressor, vacuum bag, router table, and dust collector.

ABOUT YOU
Prefer furniture maker or sculptor. Must have experience with wood shop tools and demonstrate responsible practices. No production cabinet makers.
