My apartment is a light and spacious 1 bedroom in the Verdugo Woodlands neighborhood of Glendale, surrounded by hills and oak trees.

The apartment is minimally furnished, clean, and filled with books. Basic supplies, minimal clutter. Great peaceful interior with strong wifi.

Close to Highway 2 for easy driving access to downtown LA (10 mins south) and great hikes in the Angeles Crest National Forest (10 mins north). I love this spot, and hope to find a clean, respectful subletter to rent it while I am away.

Plenty of street parking nearby. AC/Heat, basic kitchen furnishings (no dishwasher), queen mattress and down comforter, laundry on-site.

I will be traveling for writing work, and looking for a subletter from 10/16-10/25, with slight flexibility. Please email me with any questions!
