The space is half of a basement with a ceiling height of 5’7”, so this will probably only work for someone on the shorter side or for storage purposes. The space is separated from mine and my partner’s studio by two walls. In addition to your space, you’ll have access to the slop sink, fridge, microwave, bathroom and backyard. This is a work space only and we can't take anyone who is loud or works with toxic materials. Absolutely no living allowed.
