High ceilings, fantastic daylight, cozy place. Bedroom have a big clothing rack, dresser, working table, yoga mat, and an air purifier.

Livingroom has a big dining desk, Wifi, and art books. It is a friendly, calm living room for spending time. Kitchen have a dishwasher and laundry in the building. Please reach out if you have different schedules I will be open to manage.

Heart of Brooklyn- 5 min walk to Pratt University Clinton Hill. 1omin wak to Fort Greene Park. 5 minutes to walk to the G Classon stop, 13 min walk to A train, 5 minutes to the city bike, and 7 min to Starbucks.

40 mins from Times Square, 30 minutes from Greenwich Village/NYU, and is very close to Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Museum, The Brooklyn Academy of Music, the new Barclays Stadium, The Brooklyn Flea, Fort Greene, and Williamsburg. The apartment is also along the route for the NYC Marathon. It is close to nice coffee shops and bakeries. It is within walking distance of Fort Greene Park, with excellent restaurants like Olea, Evalina, Dino, and Saraghina there is a lot of vegan options)
