Spacious, fully furnished one-bedroom loft in Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn with an easy transit commute to the World Soccer Championship matches at MetLife Stadium. Located in a converted factory, my bright and cozy apartment blends historic loft character with modern comforts.

The apartment is in an elevator building and includes a large-for-NYC kitchen fully stocked with cooking tools and gadgets, a suburban-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, deep shower and soaking tub, fast WiFi, dedicated workspace with monitor, and a comfortable living room full of plants and books. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the couch folds down into a full bed if you’re sharing the space.

You’ll be a short walk from Fort Greene Park, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, Target, great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and easy subway access:

Whether you’re visiting NYC for the World Soccer Championship, work, or just a summer trip to the city, hopefully my apartment can be a comfortable, lived-in home base in one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods.

My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I ask that you be the same - no parties or excessive noise, please. Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.

I'll be away from June 5 - July 12. It's currently unavailable from June 15-22 but otherwise can be let out on a flexible basis. I'm looking for a minimum stay of 3 nights, and I'm happy to give a lower rate for stays of 7 days or more.
