Hi there!

I’m a Mexican-American Film & TV Writer originally from Chicago, based out of Los Angeles; I’m currently in NYC for work -- I’m the Writers’ Assistant on an upcoming CBS/Universal/Wolf Ent. drama series.

I'm heading back to LA for about a week at the end of the month, so I'm looking to lock down a private room or apartment for when I return on October 6th for October and November — and possibly December.

I'm looking for a month-to-month or open-ended sublet situation — furnished; shared or full apartment both work.

I'm still paying rent in LA so my budget falls somewhere inside of $800–$1,500/month.

Anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn with a reasonable commute (hour-ish) to Chelsea and Greenpoint is ideal.

If you need someone to watch your cat in exchange for staying, or a discount even, that'd be ideal.

Weekdays, I’m usually in the writers’ room in Chelsea, at the production office in Greenpoint, shooting on location somewhere, or working remotely.
