Area is very walkable. On site parking space available. No TV, but internet is available.

Looking to rent to a quiet person or couple, dog may possibly be welcomed.
No smoking. No party types/loud music. An occasional guest is welcome for a brief stay, as long as this person is quiet. No drugs, including marijuana smoking. This space may not be suited for those with children.

Creative rental option: our current renter, a Listing Project client, rented for 6 weeks and loved it so much he stayed for 2 years! Would be open to co-rent with the right person. Mature professional male would love to co-rent and could swap his Brooklyn apartment while he is here. He would pay $300/month, thus bringing down the cost of the primary renter to $2,400.00

Two family members of homeowner live downstairs, and we are quiet and contemplative people who live simply and love working in our garden.

About This Lister

My husband and I are very quiet, contemplative types. We like being friendly, but never intrude on the other person's space, including when we are outside working in the garden. My husband is a vegetarian and Sanatana Dharma. We are both retired. We are very neat and clean. We very rarely have people over. We are walkers and love to swim in the bay. We are very low-tech (we both still have flip phones). I volunteer at a homeless outreach and food pantry and work part time. My husband Eric loves reading meta-physical and spiritual books, and loves making collages. We have one cat, and we feed the feral cats next door. We are private people. We would ask that when the tenant uses the sun deck, that space is considered a quiet zone.

I will be showing the space and will be the contact person for the tenant.

The ideal tenant is single or a couple, quiet, nature lover.

Year round rental, includes all utilities.
Since family members live downstairs, we will respect each other's privacy. Lit candles are not permitted, "house etiquette" must be agreed to as part of lease.

Pets Policy

quiet, well behaved dog who does not go on furniture or does not sleep in the bed. No constant barking and dog cannot be left alone all day.
