I'm searching for an apartment from Oct. 10 through Nov. 30 of 2025. I will be in the city for a contract with the Metropolitan Opera.

I am very tidy, respectful, quiet, non-smoker, and considerate with a sweet and well-behaved 6-year-old Pomeranian.

I'm open to any location close to a subway in Manhattan or Brooklyn. My budget is up to $1800/month (could possibly go a little higher if the perfect opportunity arises), and ideally, I would have a space to myself that is, of course, dog-friendly.

*I'm also open to discussing a swap for my lovely Berlin apartment*

I am a native Californian and former NYC resident living in Berlin. I have lived and worked in the German-speaking region of Europe for the past 7 years as an opera singer and will be back in NYC on a contract!

I am mindful of being kind, tidy, and considerate, and love a good laugh. I'm a relatively quiet and chill person who loves company and great conversation, but I also value time to relax and recharge.

I love yoga, ballet, baking delicious vegan treats, drawing/painting, and playing the classical guitar (very badly). I'm a very tolerant person as long as it's not too noisy when it's time to sleep 😅

I have an adorable 6-year-old Pomeranian named Bärchen, or Lil B, who travels with me as much as possible. He is my world <3
