The bedroom (down a spiral staircase) is very spacious, with a queen bed and a half bath. The bedroom has tall ceilings and is quiet and dark for excellent sleeping & ultimate relaxation. During the day, the large window allows for plenty of sunlight and turns the room into another great lounge space. Plenty of storage available. Split unit downstairs for A/C and heat. We will have one room of the apartment locked with some of our belongings in it - this room is upstairs and will remained locked for the duration.

Back upstairs, walk through the living room out to the enormous backyard. This private garden features a large sectional couch, a fire pit, a charcoal AND gas grill, and a large dining table. But the best part is the amazing, lush garden with large evergreen trees, flowers, and plants. The backyard butts up against a community garden, so butterflies, birds, bees, and other wildlife abound. It’s private and peaceful. This is truly an oasis in the heart of Bushwick!

Step outside the apartment to enjoy the incredible bars and restaurants, all within walking distance! This is the heart of the coolest part of Brooklyn and right in all the action! Conveniently located by the M train (5minute walk) or the L train (10minute walk) - Cross streets of Dekalb and Wilson.

The space also comes with a parking spot, 90s walk from the apartment. This is an additional $350 dollars.

We are looking for a responsible, tidy, fun person who will treat this space as their own! Ideally, the subletter would enjoy being outside in the garden and exploring the richness of the neighborhood! Perfect space for a couple or single person spending time in BK!
