Part-time rental · New Baltimore, NY
A two-bedroom apartment overlooking the Hudson
Restored townhall building · ~2h 15min from the Upper West Side.
This is my apartment — a place I love deeply and don't get to use as much as I'd like. Because I'm typically here only about 8 days a month, I'd like to offer the remaining time to someone who'll appreciate it as much as I do.
Every room has an unobstructed view of the Hudson River. The building itself is a beautifully restored townhall in New Baltimore — a quiet, unhurried town north of Coxsackie. Guests who've stayed here — remote workers, artists, friends in need of a reset — often tell me they leave feeling both rested and surprisingly productive. What's included:
Two bedrooms (sleeps 2–4)
Deck with Hudson River views
Full kitchen + dishwasher
High-speed internet
Fully furnished + bedding
Living room
Parking (you can get there by uber from Albany or Hudson and have food delivered, as digital nomads have, but it is easier with a car)
You might be a good fit if you're…
The commuter — In the Hudson Valley a few days a week and want a comfortable, fully furnished home base.
The digital or artistic nomad — Looking to plant yourself somewhere beautiful for a week or more — solitude, space, and a view that clears your head.
The vacationer — Ski areas are 45 minutes away, swimming lakes 20–40 minutes. Great restaurants, breweries, and museums are all nearby.
I've attached a short video of a boat drifting down the Hudson — filmed from my deck. It gives you a small sense of what it feels like to be here.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
I am an entrepreneur and artist and live in NYC.
