Think of it as your Upper West Side, but make it French.
This sunny, fully furnished apartment sits in one of Paris’s most coveted residential neighborhoods — quiet, tree-lined, and genuinely lived-in by Parisians. If you’re used to New York noise, prepare to actually sleep.
The Space
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate WC. Washer/dryer, dishwasher in-unit. Fourth floor with elevator access — though fair warning, the elevator is Parisian-sized (read: narrow). French windows in all rooms. Plants to keep you company.
The Building
Set back from the street behind a private courtyard, so you get that classic Haussmann hush. A live-in superintendent on-site.
The Neighborhood
Parc Monceau is your new backyard — gorgeous for morning runs, weekend picnics, or just feeling like you live in a movie. The Batignolles village is a short stroll for farmers markets and neighborhood restaurants. Cafés and brasseries are walkable in every direction.
Getting Around
Metro Line 2 (Courcelles, Line 3 (Ternes) and Line 1 and 6 (Charles de Gaulle Etoile) put you 20 minutes from anywhere in the city.
Perfect for families, remote workers, or anyone who’s decided Paris in summer beats the Hamptons.
We are a creative couple with a six year old child. We love books, art, travel and cooking. Would love to have someone look after the apartment while we are away.
