“I have a beautiful studio with a few close friends (for 10+ years) in a warehouse in LIC. The space gets great light, is well-heated, well-ventilated with tall ceilings. I'm an interdisciplinary artist and teacher. I make large works on paper and paintings in the space. I'm pretty messy with my materials, but always clean up at the end of the day to be respectful of my studio mates.” - Kerry Downey
