We have an unfurnished small bedroom + home office in our huge duplex in Bushwick. Room does not fit a queen or king sized bed due to closet. You will be sharing this apt with 4 other people. Duplex has 2 full bathrooms . Kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We have Verizon Fios. Rent includes all except electric which can be $50.00 per person/month. Landlord has a No smoking/No pets policy. A cleaning person comes in once a month for the hallways, kitchen and bathrooms.
