Front room in 2 bedroom apt. It has its own entrance, The 2 rooms are on the opposite ends of the apt, so there’s lots of privacy. Tall 10ft ceiling. Room is 15’ x 11’ (Queen size bed fits fine). Large new bay windows, view of downtown Manhattan, exposed brick, lots of sunshine. Tall closet great for extra storage. Common areas fully furnished. Well ventilated. Skylight in living room/kitchen area. Really pleasant vibe here. One shared bathroom.
Laundromat around the corner, 2 min walk. Supermarket around the corner. The cool 5th Avenue is right there, bars, restaurants, shops. Close to F, G, R lines.
Several kitchen cabinets of your own. I use the kitchen a lot, it’s a well used kitchen. Like to keep it clean.
I’m actually starting a tiny food business from home, baking cakes mainly. Hoping to move out to a commercial kitchen soon, but not yet. So best is someone who doesn’t really use the kitchen that much.
I am a night owl, and a very considerate roommate. But I am up till late, past midnight, almost every day. It’s never been a problem for roommates
Sorry, as much as I love dogs, no pets allowed in building. Also, no smoking.
Utilities not included. They run around $135ish in the winter, and goes sometimes around $160 in the summer (per person), because of the AC units.
