TRIPLE PANED GLASS QUIET/CAN'T HEAR NEIGHBORS
Windows are triple paned glass, so it's ultra quiet. This is the quietest apartment I've ever had in my 8 years in NYC.

Walls are very thick, if I didn't see others in the hallways I'd think the building was completely empty as I can't hear anyone!

SIZE
Each room is quite large -- I have a king bed in the bedroom (pictured) and a full sized elliptical in the living room.

PRICE
I'm offering a prepaid rebate so you'll only be paying $4,000 for five months as I would like to get this rented out ASAP. Rent is normally $4,350.

Heat and hot water is included, and electric you have to pay monthly for based on usage. I pay $150 a month usually.

CONDO QUALITY/WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT
The building was originally built as a condo in 2018, so all the finishes and construction are truly top notch.

On-site property manager and staff are very kind and responsive.
