I am leaving the city for a few months, and I am looking for someone to sublet my space. I have a huge bedroom with its own little living room/tv set up, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom with my 2 lovely roommates. The room will be furnished as I will be keeping all of my furniture in the space while I'm gone. Located on a tree-lined street in Crown Heights, this spacious apartment is quiet and comfortable and is bathed in natural light throughout.

Washer in-unit (no dryer). Grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and Brower Park are all super close by.

I am going to out of town while my 2 other fantastic roommates will be remaining in the apartment.

One of them (male, 31, gay) works at a performing arts non-profit. The other (male, 35, gay) works as a bartender. They are both very nice, polite, friendly, and love to have a laugh. We all value creating a harmonious apartment with open communication while also being able to give each other space when we need it. While I am gone, my roommates want someone who is clean, respectful, and who wants their home to be a place to chill out at the end of the day.
