Accessibility note: The apartment unit is on the 2nd floor and the bed is lofted, accessible by ladder.

The room is small but cozy, with high ceilings, a full-size lofted bed, and a street-facing window. While compact, it comes with full access to a bright, spacious common area filled with natural light, plants, and a dedicated desk setup that I use for remote work.

We are looking for a clean, communicative, and queer-friendly house mate.
