This is a 2 bedroom apt that’s split evenly in two. The side that will be opening up is two rooms - one big one and one smaller one. The small room easily fits a queen bed and a desk. The larger room is basically your own living room. The space on the other side of the apartment is 3 rooms, two very small ones and one larger room. There’s one bathroom that we share and a kitchen with a gas range.

My friend and roommate is moving out after a few years living in this space and I’m signing a new year lease. I’ve found it helpful to keep shared spaces neat and also bc of our older neighbors kinda quiet. Let’s discuss the how’s for a happy house.

The apartment is a 6 minute walk from the fresh pond M train station and 15 minute walk from the Myrtle Wyckoff L train. Lots of nice Ridgewood cafes and restaurants right here
