Hi!!
I am looking for a new roommate for my 3bed 1.5bath apartment in Astoria!

The space is 1600sq/ft total!
You would share a bathroom, living room, and kitchen with me (25, afab they/them) and my current roommate Austin (26, he/him) and his lovely kitty Salami.

The space:
Is a 12x12 room with a window facing the back yard and two closets.
We are the lower level apartment with wonderful upstairs neighbors.
We have a patio and a back yard and there is street parking with minimal street cleaning days (2x a week).
The apartment is upstairs/downstairs with the bedrooms being upstairs.
Utilities are roughly $100/month.
You’ll have a window unit ac and we have an in-unit washer and dryer!
The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the water.
Rent is paid via check, so usually we will send one of the three of us the total amount and they will deliver the check in person.

We are all on the lease together!

You!:
We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. We are not super anal, but a clean kitchen and bathroom are a MUST!!!
We like to hang out on occasion, but we mostly keep to ourselves- we want to be friendly!

We are roughly 30-45 minutes to Manhattan. We are between two Q100 and Q69 bus stops that will go to the F/M train and a 10-15 minute walk to the N/W.
