SECURITY DEPOSIT: Addl $1500 due with first month’s rent ( 3k total for first month only). This serves as a refundable security deposit that - returned when you move out assuming everything’s in good condition

UTILITIES : Spectrum Wifi + ConEdison bill split evenly each month with me

- chill roommate who is respectful, kind, quiet , responsible and keeps the place nice. doesn’t mind that i WFH a lot, and doesn’t mind smell of occasional herbal incense (420, palo santo, sage) haha

-Residential and mostly very quiet block.

- very Close to coffee shops, bakeries , CVS & supermarket ( 1 block away) , many retail stores, bars and restaurants

- 7-9 min walk to Steinway R/M train, and addl 10 min train ride to Manhattan. 20 min door to door to 59/Lexington.
