I have a lovely room available for sublet starting either mid January or February 1. This is a bedroom in a 3- bed/1 bath apartment shared with two other roommates. Very clean, communicative and sweet roommates, both LGBTQIA+ in their early 30s who work hybrid jobs. 3rd floor walk-up.

The room has enough space for a queen-sized bed, bedside table, bookshelf, desk and dresser, plus the closet is honestly ginormous. There's so much storage in there! Living room is cozy and relaxing, roommates are hoping to have some plants on the fire escape come spring.

I have enjoyed living here, I am only leaving because a room opened up with my close friends! We are looking for someone who is clean & communicative. LGBTQIA+ is a plus! No pets, sorry!

We are hoping to find someone who would like to stay put for a while and sign on to the lease when it renews on October 1!

Roommates are Rose & Tommy, both smart, busy and very sweet! They both work hybrid jobs, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office or co-working spaces. Rose works in journalism and Tommy works in advertising. The space is always kept clean :)
