I am looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom in my beautiful newly renovated apartment in Clinton hill!

The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street, and occupies the top floor of a townhouse, with only two other units in the building.

I recently moved in and am looking for someone to fill the second room on either a short or long term basis! The room is currently unfurnished but happy to discuss if this is an issue.

Its a gem of an apartment, in a great neighborhood, and I'm primarily looking for someone who will be clean, and respectful of the space!

About the space:
The unit was just renovated by the owner and has all brand new appliances, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Other great parts of the apartment include a waterfall shower, newly refinished hardwood floors, high ceilings, and amazing natural light with trees right outside the windows.

Location:
3 blocks from the C train at Clinton/Washington, 14 minute walk to the express train at Nostrand, walking distance from prospect park

Rent:
Rent is $1950/month plus utilities. Ideally you would be interested in splitting the cost of a monthly cleaner as well.

I’m tidy, don’t drink (although its not an issue if you do!), and am looking for someone who’s also clean and respectful of shared spaces (especially bathroom/kitchen).
