I am looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom in my beautiful newly renovated apartment in Clinton hill!

The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street, and occupies the top floor of a townhouse, with only two other units in the building.

The unit was just renovated by the owner, and has all brand new appliances (including washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher), and other great features such as well as a waterfall shower, newly refinished hardwood floors, high ceilings, and amazing natural light with trees right outside the windows.

I recently moved in and am looking for someone to fill the second room on either a short or long term basis! The room is currently unfurnished but happy to discuss if this is an issue.

Between work and travel I'm not in the apartment very much, so I'm mainly looking for someone who will be clean and respectful of the space!

3 blocks from the C train at Clinton/Washington, 14 minute walk to the express train at Nostrand, walking distance from prospect park

Rent:
Rent is $1950/month plus utilities. Ideally you would be interested in splitting the cost of a monthly cleaner as well.
