A train to 67th stop. 2 minute walk to A train. 1 hour ride to downtown Manhattan, 50 minutes to Bushwick via A train to L train. Street parking. 5 minute walk to the beach.

2 minute walk to Stop and Shop, 3 minute walk to YMCA gym/fitness/pool community center. Fresh ocean breeze, small town community vibes, local bars and restaurants, a few really great coffee shops, surf shop, weekend farmers market.

Flexible stay but preference given to someone that wants to stay the whole time.
