I am looking to sublease my cozy room to a female only, preferably from 1st November to the 28th of February 2025 but can (and would prefer) extend to end of August 2026.
The housemates tend to keep to themselves mostly and everyone is very quiet - it is not a party house or a big dinner house since the kitchen and living room are not accommodating.
The room is big enough to fit a big wardrobe, bed, chaise lounge, dresser and a working desk. I will have the black dresser cleaned and emptied out for your use. It can come furnished or unfurnished and emptied out for you. Let me know what are your preferences.
There are 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms, everything is super modern, white and clean - the bathroom you would be sharing with another female in her 40s. We have a W/D in this bathroom for the common use of everyone in the apartment.
There is a huge supermarket one street away from the house. The surroundings and the street are super quiet and calm. The building is conveniently located with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within walking distance.
It's easily accessible on the G (Greenpoint stop is 5m away) and the 7 (15m away).

You will be sharing the space with a Japanese woman in her 40s, a young man in his 30s from Tennessee, and one other Polish woman in her 30s as well.
All roommates are super sweet and quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves in their rooms mostly. It's an all-work-from-home environment.
One of the previous roommates has lived in the space for +10 years. We are respectful, intelligent, friendly, socially conscious, fairly quiet, and chill.
Our landlord will ask for the following documents and run a background check. Please have them ready.

Savings account with at least 5k
Photo ID (Driver’s License, passport)
Two checks ($1,650 November rent & $1,650 deposit)
