This is a sublet room in a quaint 2 BR/1 bath shared apartment located in the heart of the east village.
This apartment is centrally located. You’re a 2 minute walk to the L on 1st avenue and 14th street. A 7 minute walk to union square. Right around the corner from Trader Joes, plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
This room has a queen sized bed and direct window access facing the interior of the building (very quiet). There is a shared full kitchen/living room area, and bathroom. Laundry service is in the building right next door. Electricity and AC included in weekly price.
Fantastic for traveling nurses, grad students and professionals here on short assignments. Looking for 1 roommate only.

$1000 deposit holds the room and will be returned on the day of move out. Rent is due on move in.
Room is available for a minimum of 30 days, with the possibility of staying longer term. The only requirement is when you’re ready to leave, I need 30 days notice.
Please be willing to sign a virtual agreement on the length of your stay.
