i have been in this apt for 3 years - it is furnished. the tenants in the building have also lived here a long time, i enjoy them.

some things I am looking for: 30+, a person who is self aware - communicates candidly/compassionately, regular check ins, openness to addressing things, cleaning 1x/wk, small planned gatherings at apt on occasion (will always give a heads up), compatibility with ~10pm-6am schedule. no other pets.
