UNFURNISHED SUB-LEASE, Jan - June 2026 / After five solid years in my apartment on Tennyson, I've gotten the chance to move to Portland, so I'm ending my lease early.
In my humble opinion, Tennyson is the best street in Denver. You've got Natural Grocers, Call Your Mother, Huckleberry Roasters, Heyday, Alchemy 365, My Boy Tony, Two Hands, Sweetgreen, Core Power Yoga, Berkeley Untapped, Le Labo, Parisi, Atomic Cowboy, Hops & Pie, Caesar Chavez Park, Vital Root, Miller Lane Mercantile, Rocket Pack and Ship, and so many others. There's also a Sprouts around the corner, and a King Soopers, Safeway, and CVS within walking distance. It's super clean, and there's always something to get up to.
I believe the apartment is technically considered a studio, but it is essentially a small one-bedroom, with the bedroom separated from the hall and living area by walls and a door. The unit features modern appliances, a kitchen island, a roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower, a stacked washer/dryer, large windows, and three closets for storage. You also have the option to take over my storage room for an additional $55/month. The building features a parking garage, which is available for use at a monthly rate of $150 (comes with EV charging options), a 24/7 fitness room, and a rooftop lounge.
At the end of the sublease in June, you have the option to renew the lease. I believe the management company offers, six, 12, and month-to-month terms. If you decide not to renew, you will receive my initial $300 deposit.
Please let me know if you have questions or would like to schedule a tour.
The management company has specific renter qualifications, which I can share with you if interested. There's a $50 rental application fee.
Cheers!

I believe there's a pet deposit for dogs and cats, which I can get more info on if interested.
