This is a dream location in a part of the Lower East Side that's new inside and a sanctuary when you want to take a break from everything going on outside!

My favorite fueature here is that there are floor to ceiling windows with natural light all day long.

This is a new development and the nicest building on the block. There is elevator access and this unit sits on the top 8th floor which givse you an incredible view.
