i'm a writer/artist currently navigating a health change with my mother -- so looking for someone clean, ideally artistic, and mellow to take my space as i'm gone.

you'd be living with a visual artist who is cleanly, deeply inspiring, and uses a portion of the apartment to work as her studio quietly.
