ABOUT THE ROOM:

A furnished bedroom with a California king bed is temporarily opening up in our peaceful Pasadena home. The room features a built-in closet with additional storage in shared hallway closets. The available room is one of two upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom (the third bedroom is a downstairs ensuite with a separate entrance).

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

The light-filled house sits amongst the trees, located in a scenic, residential area with easy access to York, Figueroa, and Colorado—close to great restaurants, shops, bars, and markets, as well as nature areas such as the Arroyo Seco and Gabrielino hiking trails.

Amenities include washer/dryer, central air and heating, off-street parking for 3 cars, garage storage, and a large, beautiful backyard and patio.

ABOUT US:

You would be sharing the house with two full-time professionals (both she/her, early 30s) with standard work schedules. Our house culture is respectful, generally mellow, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

While we do enjoy moments of hanging out as a house, it's rare that we find ourselves sharing the kitchen and common spaces at once. We like to entertain friends but always check in with the house before doing so.

ABOUT THE SUBLET:

The room can be available as early as August 15th but a September 1st start also works. The room will be available until May 2026 (dates somewhat flexible).

The rent is $1420 / month and utilities come out to roughly $180 per person per month.
