Hi! Our cozy Echo Park home of sweet & fun ladies is looking for a subletter for the bright upstairs bedroom. This is a four bedroom house overlooking Echo Park Lake (literally steps away) and only 200 meters from Sunset Blvd on the other side.

The room available has a private, en-suite bathroom and is beautifully decorated and fully-furnished. We have central a/c/, washer dryer, dishwasher, and tons of storage space.

The house is a sweet blue craftsman with a cozy living area, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. The backyard is massive and is great for outdoor dinners and entertaining, or yoga and meditation up top. All the common spaces are furnished, and it truly feels like home.

**ALSO: there may be an option to sign on to the next lease after Oct 31, 3025, but it's TBD (will chat with our landlords in the Summer together).

About us

We are all in our early 30s, love walking around the lake to break up the work day, and spending time in the sun in the huge backyard. We typically have pretty quiet work weeks and enjoy cooking, music, being with friends, and more on the weekend. We like having friends drop by, hosting dinners and the like.
We're hoping to find a subletter who want to be a part of our little community here to continue the home feels.

Rent is $1500 per month and doesn't include utilities (usually $75 depending on the month)
