We have one bedroom available in a 3-bed apt, situated in Williamsburg's charming Italian neighborhood. It's conveniently located just a block from the Graham L stop, two blocks from the Metropolitan G stop, and a Citibike dock is a block away.

The bedroom overlooks the back garden and can fit a queen bed easily. It's freshly painted, with new hardwood floors, and includes a large Ikea armoire.

You'll share the floor with a roommate, whose bedroom is separated by a living room, so there is ample privacy. There is also a shared full bath on this floor. Your roommate is a 20-something guy, who works from home in graphic design.

Downstairs is the large, shared kitchen, along with another roommate's bedroom and a bathroom w/shower. He is a tidy, friendly guy, who works in hospitality and has a cat.

You'll have access to a large backyard with a garden and an expansive shed for working on any hobbies/ art projects. Free use of washer/dryer in the building. Renter pays gas and electric.
