DATES: March 15, 2025 - May 31, 2025, with the option to sign a new lease directly with the management company. We are also open to move-ins as early as March 1.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT: A corner unit that faces the building's inner courtyard, very quiet. Eastern exposure, gets great light in the morning and afternoons. The front of the apartment has a long hallway with a linen closet, which leads into a spacious living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by another hallway with two spacious closets (great for couples). Wood plank floors throughout. Can leave behind some of our furniture for a small fee, including a Midea window A/C, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, wall-mounted cabinets, sideboard, entryway shoe cabinet, metal pantry shelf, and more.
ABOUT THE BUILDING: Elevator building, Laundry room, Storage lockers (Additional Monthly Fee), incredibly friendly staff that includes three regular doormen/concierges, and live-in super. Butterfly intercom. Verizon internet (Fios is currently being installed and will be available soon), All Utilities Included Except Electricity.

REASON FOR LEAVING: We got approved for a new apartment through the NYC Housing Lottery! We love this building and would have stayed had we not won the lottery.
